★独自の染色技法について
反物、スカーフ、ブラウス、ドレスのシルク100％の生地などを使用し、紅型染を応用して研究の末作り出した独自の染色で作品を制作しています。
ほぼ水の状態の染液を調合し、滲みやぼかしを制御しながら狼の毛を一本一本大切に描き染めていく技法です。作品によっては型染や刷毛染などを使用し、銀彩金彩、胡粉の盛り上げなども使用しております。最近は膠も使用して強度を上げております。

★ About the Original Dyeing Technique
This artwork is created by the world’s only artist dedicated exclusively to portraying wolves through an original textile dyeing technique.
Drawing upon traditional Bingata dyeing and years of independent research, the artist developed a unique method of expression using 100% silk fabrics, including kimono textiles, scarves, blouses, and dress materials.
Highly diluted dyes, almost water-like in consistency, are carefully controlled to create subtle gradations, soft transitions, and intricate detail. Each strand of a wolf’s fur is individually dyed by hand, requiring exceptional patience and precision.
Depending on the artwork, traditional techniques such as stencil dyeing and brush dyeing may also be incorporated, along with metallic gold and silver pigments and raised gofun finishes.
Through this original process, the beauty, spirit, and presence of wolves are captured directly within the silk itself, creating artworks that exist nowhere else in the world.
